One day at Nulles is an approach to the essence of calçotada based on its basic ingredients: the wine and the calçots. The day begins with a route through the vineyards where its process is explained as well as the importance of the good culture and the knowledge of the climate and the earth. Then you go to a farmhouse where the authentic Calçot de Valls is grown and the importance of organic farming is explained. Back in the winery, there is a guided tour inside the Cathedral of the Wine where the history and the process of elaboration are known and it ends with a commented tasting of two wines or Adernats cava. Afterwards, a complete calçotada with products km.0 is underway in the interior of the Cathedral or at the Restaurant Les Tines de Renau.
