Els Muntanyans Beach in Torredembarra is part of the Torredembarra and Creixell Beach Nature Reserve and is included in the Natura 2000 Network, a European ecological network made up of special conservation areas. This is a very environmentally important area on the Costa Daurada, as its two kilometres of coastline are home to the most important dunes and salt marshes outside the Ebro Delta.

El Torn Beach in Vandellòs i L'Hospitalet de l'Infant, in the south of the Costa Daurada, is a natural beach located outside the urban centre. It is listed as a Protected Nature Reserve and has a unique landscape surrounded by pine trees and cliffs.

It is some 1,400 metres long with fine sand, transparent waters and a stone sea bed. It is presided over by El Torn Islet on which you can see the remains of a recently restored 16th century fortification.

La Savinosa Beach is one of the few beaches in Tarragona and on the Costa Daurada where nudists and non-nudists mix. Not far from the N-340 main road, La Savinosa is some 350 metres long with fine, golden sand and, like the rest of the city's beaches, it offers easy access to the warm, calm, crystal-clear Mediterranean waters. It is usually uncrowded.

Arboçar Beach in Tarragona, also known as Cala Fonda or Waikiki, is an unspoilt beach on the Costa Daurada popular with nudists. About 200 metres long, its fine, golden sands slope very gently into the warm, calm, crystal clear waters of the Mediterranean.

Becs Beach in Tarragona, also known as Cala de la Roca Plana, is, together with Cala Fonda, one of the coastal areas of Tarragona with the greatest ecological value. Popular with nudists, it is a small unspoilt cove, quite hard to get to, but with beautiful surroundings that have been designated an Area of Natural Interest. It can be reached via the spectacular coastal footpath that connects all the beaches of Tarragona with those of Altafulla and Torredembarra.
