El Torn Beach in Vandellòs i L'Hospitalet de l'Infant, in the south of the Costa Daurada, is a natural beach located outside the urban centre. It is listed as a Protected Nature Reserve and has a unique landscape surrounded by pine trees and cliffs.

It is some 1,400 metres long with fine sand, transparent waters and a stone sea bed. It is presided over by El Torn Islet on which you can see the remains of a recently restored 16^th century fortification.

The Jonquet Coastal Footpath that culminates on this beach allows you to take a walking tour and discover the exceptional nature of the area, including the sand dunes with their characteristic formations and Mediterranean vegetation. Platja del Torn also offers a network of local trails that run through the La Rojala-Platja del Torn nature area, listed as a Special Plan of Natural Interest (PEIN) and included in the European Natura 2000 Network. They are an excellent way of discovering and enjoying this unique Mediterranean landscape.

Due to its characteristics and location, Torn Beach has a long-standing naturist tradition that makes it unique in the southern Costa Daurada. It is also the location of El Templo del Sol, a naturist campsite with a structural design integrated into the surrounding environment that has been recognised with various international quality awards.

El Torn Beach has certifications such as the Blue Flag, Ecoplayas, ISO 14001 and EMAS that testify to the excellent quality of its environment, services and facilities. The latter include car parks; beach bars with an excellent slow-food gastronomic offer; water sports and boat hire; underwater snorkelling routes; showers; and a massage service, among others.
