To take this route, leave El Vendrell in the direction of Sant Jaume dels Domenys and at this point begin the climb towards Collada de les Ventoses. This is a winding road that offers you fantastic landscapes amidst very Mediterranean vegetation. La Collada is also known as "La Atalaya" (The Watchtower) because it takes you to a settlement with the same name. This ascent has a length of 7.7 kilometers and a gradient of 4.5%.

From here you descend to the Santes Creus monastery to return to El Vendrell through Vila-rodona and Bonastre.

This is the ideal route to discover the wine landscapes of the DO Penedès.
