Sports NAUTICAL SPORTS

The Costa Daurada offers a wide range of beach activities that are ideal for families, groups of friends and everyone who loves water sports. Nàutic Parc offers a multitude of different ways to experience the sea up close and to the fullest.

We recommend exploring the coast at your leisure on a paddle surfboard or in a sea kayak, enjoying a moment of peace and quiet in the fresh air.

For those seeking more excitement, we offer motorised activities like jet skiing, which requires no licence, a banana boat ride, and, for those who aren't afraid of heights, parasailing to see the Costa Daurada from a bird's eye view.

The experts recommend...

Snorkelling and scuba diving

The Costa Daurada offers great opportunities for diving and snorkelling, activities that can be enjoyed almost all year round. The coastline of the Costa Daurada and Terres de l'Ebre is particularly abundant in marine life, with a great diversity of marine species, spectacular rock formations and numerous Neptune grass meadows. For the more experienced, there are also several wrecks and sunken ships.

Nàutic Parc offers a number of different types of excursion, all accompanied by experienced, professional guides who know the area's seabed like the back of their hand.

Boats without a licence

Did you know you can be a skipper for a few hours? Nàutic Parc has a fleet of boats that you can pilot, with no experience and no licence required. The boats hold up to 5 people and are perfect for exploring the coast with family or friends.

The only requirements are that you be over 18 years old and want to have a truly unique experience. The boats can go a maximum of 2 miles from the coast. You can anchor and swim in picture-perfect coves, snorkel, and have a great time doing a unique activity.

Kayaking and paddle surfing

The Cova del Llop is a small cove in the town of Hospitalet de l'Infant, a spectacular place for fans of snorkelling and kayaking. It's in the Les Rojales area, near Platja del Torn and can only be accessed by sea, by kayaking, paddle surfing or swimming there.

Legend has it that the ‘llop marí’ (sea wolf or sea lion) is a fantastical beast created by Neptune that would attack pirates approaching the coast of Hospitalet de l'Infant. Legend also says the llop marí took refuge in this cove and disappeared years ago.

The cove is a breathtaking place with a small beach that changes with the sea and a rock gallery. But there’s much more to discover…
