In winter and spring, you can visit the Séquia Major, some unique wetlands located between Delta del Llobregat and Delta de l’Ebre. Thus, birds choose to nest at the existing reedbeds and wet meadows. This is a stunning natural beauty open to everyone to enjoy between October and February. However, reservation is mandatory at the official Tourist Board website or by calling their tourist offices.

The green colour of the little paradise in Costa Daurada beats in various spots. Stop by the 2,5ha Parc del Pinar de Perruquet, where water, soil, sunlight and shade are the main protagonists. Located by the beach, it is home of some 100-year-old pine trees, and it is the ideal place for children to get soaked on a pond, after having a great time with the existing swings.
Torre Dolça has centuries of history and names the other urban park of Vila-seca. It is located next to Raval de Mar and has 37ha of space, where you can find the remains of a Roman village and a horse circuit ─where horse racing is held─, besides an extraordinary Mediterranean vegetal mosaic. Heritage fins its place at the Castle, declared National Culture Site, located next to the Celler, a Noucentisme-style building where you can live a virtual experience with a video mapping and interactive areas to understand the architecture of Modernism wineries in Catalonia and the wine history of the village.
The old town still preserves jewels such as the Sant Pere church, the remains of the old Medieval wall and some doorways into the village, as well as an incredible culture offering, where music ─played at the Josep Carreras auditory─ has a main role.
