Platja dels Penyals

The gigantic rocks on Els Penyals Beach are one of the main tourist attractions in the heart of Mont-roig i Miami Platja. The beach is 655 metres long with fine golden sand and crystal-clear waters and gives way to a series of coves reminiscent of the Mediterranean islands that are exceptional on the Costa Daurada and the rest of the Catalan coast.

The beach’s main services include a marked sea lane for vessels, a lifeguard and first aid post, showers and toilets.

Els Penyals Beach is one of the small coves between cliffs that long ago were the realm of pirates and corsairs. Just above the beach you will find an extraordinary point of photographic interest with beautiful panoramic views of the coast.
