Platja del Cap de Sant Pere
Cap de Sant Pere Beach in Cambrils, the gastronomic capital of the Costa Daurada, is a semi-urban beach bordering the neighbouring resort of Salou. Its 789 metres of fine, golden sand slope gently into the calm, crystal-clear waters of the Mediterranean, making it ideal for families with children and the elderly. The beach is overlooked by the seafront promenade and, like all Cambrils’ beaches, can be reached on foot or by bicycle via the cycle path.
Easy to reach by car and park nearby, Cap de Sant Pere Beach offers a variety of services including sun loungers and parasols for hire, beach bars, a lifeguard and first aid post, and a ramp for people with reduced mobility. If you like water sports, Cap de Sant Pere Beach has different options and courses.
If you enjoy walking, Cap de Sant Pere Beach is very close to two emblematic buildings in Cambrils, the Torre Vella (Old Tower) and Vilafortuny Castle, built in the 12th century and listed as a Cultural Asset of National Interest. The beach also allows night-time rod fishing from 9 pm to 3 am.
