The most important producing cooperatives of the Siurana PDO collectively present the new oil of the season, and various entertainment events take place over the two days of the show. Among the most popular is the New Olive Oil Festival, which includes a community breakfast with a tasting of the new oil.

Open: Fri 5 pm - 9 pm | Sat 10 am - 2 pm / 5 pm - 9 pm. Place: Llibertat square.
