Platja de Creixell and del Gorg
Creixell and El Gorg Beach is another natural paradise on the Costa Daurada. The beach is more than a kilometre and a half long with white sand and shallow, crystal clear waters. It is ideal for families with children and for enjoying water sports, with a wide range on offer.
On Creixell Beach, the old fishermen's houses, known historically as Les Botigues de Mar, and the newly built ones are sheltered from the beach. Here you will find the Yacht Club with a Catalan Sailing School base and several beach bars that are open in high season offering excellent gastronomic proposals of Mediterranean cuisine and traditional fishermen's dishes.
El Gorg Beach is a protected area of natural interest where you can enjoy magnificent natural surroundings. One of its greatest attractions is its low occupancy and the feeling of being in a natural setting between dunes and marshes. El Gorg is part of the Els Muntanyans protected area in Torredembarra. In 2018 it was recognised with the Unspoilt Beach Award.
