At 7.30 pm, from the Prioral de Sant Pere church to the Plaça del Mercadal. On arrival at the Plaça del Mercadal, a spectacular exhibition featuring all the festive characters and aerial firecrackers.
Main events: the Pregó (opening speech), the fire's parade, the Castells Day with human tower exhibitions and the Sant Pere's procession with all the festival's elements, that ends with an exhibition of all groups and a fireworks display at the Plaça del Mercadal.
Wine tastings from wineries in Conca de Barberà and an exhibition of artists through different portals of the town's houses, tapas tasting, guided tour of the modernist winery (€5), live musical performances, children's activities, etc.
Highlights: St. Pere's Day with all the festival's components; the traditional "havaneres"; the traditional llagut (Catalan skiff) races; the Sant Pere's party; and the Ormeig Festival (traditional fishing in Cambrils).
