The 12th edition of the SCAN Festival will focus on water as its main theme. Under the concept of "aqua," the festival will explore the multiple dimensions of this essential element: its fragility in the face of climatic pressures, conflicts over its scarcity, and its commodification.
Highlights include: Christmas lights switch-on, procession of the Immaculate Conception with the participation of local festive elements, among others.
