Procession of horse-drawn carriages in all shapes and sizes held in honour of St. Anthony the Abbot, patron saint of animals, on Sunday morning, through the old town to the Sant Antoni church with the traditional blessing of the cavalry and the ringing of bells.
Roasted spring onion (calçot) party, sauce, eating and growing contests, stands selling artisanal foodstuffs, purchase and tasting of wines and a variety of festive activities.
