The most important producing cooperatives of the Siurana PDO collectively present the new oil of the season, and various entertainment events take place over the two days of the show.
The restaurants and bars in the town will offer a complete menu, main course or fork breakfast starring oily fish, white prawns or canana, accompanied by oil from the Agricultural Cooperative of Cambrils and wines from the different DOs of the province of Tarragona.
The DOP Siurana Olive Oil Fair brings together over a dozen cooperatives from five different regions in Corsini Square, featuring some of Catalonia's most delicious olive oil varieties.
