An honorary arch dedicated to the Emperor Augustus. It was built on the Via Augusta of local stone ashlars between 15 and 5 BC and has a single semi-circular arch. The Arch of Berà is part of the Roman Tarraco archaeological complex declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2000. It is an open air monument managed by the National Archaeological Museum of Tarragona.
